With over 20 years of PGA coaching experience, Marc Bayram has evolved from a traditional swing coach into a modern Competitive Junior Golf Performance Coach and consultant.
His coaching goes far beyond mechanics—focusing on the skills that actually produce lower scores: mindset, strategy, speed, course management, emotional control, and stat-driven decision making. Marc works directly with competitive juniors and their families to build smart tournament schedules, long-term development plans, and personalized practice plans that optimize each player’s unique performance profile.

Indoor
Competitive Junior Performance Program
Powered by TrackMan, this 6-session indoor program is built for serious junior golfers ready to elevate their game.
Focus areas include speed training, course management, mindset, decision-making, emotional control, and tournament prep.
This is performance coaching and training— not completely focused on swing mechanics.

Future Stars Academy
The pathway to high school and collegiate golf for competitive juniors can be overwhelming!

The Future Stars program encompasses everything it takes to play in high school or collegiately. From skills training to mindset coaching to tournament selection, this program will best prepare your player for their goals of playing at the next level!

Connected Coaching
Connected Coaching is a great way to best reach your goals. The quick fix lesson may work for a short period of time, but rarely gets long term results.

This program starts with a full player assessment and continues with in-person coaching and constant communication with PGA Coach Marc through the CoachNow app.

Under Armour Junior Tour
New England
PGA Coach Marc Bayram directs the Under Armour Junior Tour – New England, a developmental tour for ages 6–18 designed to help juniors begin competing, gain confidence, and make new friends.

With age divisions, points races, and a pathway to the UA Junior National Championship, the tour offers fun, well-run events that support players at every stage of their golf journey.

PGA Jr League
Elite Program Ages 10-17
PGA Jr League is one of the best junior golf programs available that not only promotes enjoyment and cammeraderie, but also teaches the player what it is like to be a part of a team.
This is great preparation for anyone interested in playing high school or collegiate golf.

PGA Jr League is for all skill levels, however our elite program is designed for players who have already established themselves in tournament play.
Built Different
Jr Golf Tour
PGA Coach Marc Bayram is the co-founder of the Built Different Junior Golf Tour, created to give aspiring college players high-quality, local opportunities to compete in Junior Golf Scoreboard-eligible events.
The tour provides an energetic, supportive environment where juniors can establish and improve their rankings while gaining valuable tournament experience.
We pride ourselves on delivering well-run events and an enjoyable, welcoming atmosphere for all players and families.
